This morning while laid back listening to some of the songs I have on several flash drives
and kind of in that dream state one gets in..at such times,
this old Merle haggard tune came on.
It took me back as such songs tend to do and I remembered a time in L.A.
and a family recently put out of their home and staying on the street,
three kids ..a dog and a car for shelter.

Obituary (from London Times)
Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years.
No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:
-Knowing when to come in out of the rain
-Why the early bird gets the worm
-Life isn't always fair
-And maybe it's my fault.
