BRRR...now that is very cold!
I feel like we are near heat record since so many in other areas are truly very cold!

But for our area the lows forecast in the 40's near the coast is very unusual.
Usually around 60's as low, maybe 50's near the coast anyway.
Take care and be safe out on the roads if you have to drive anywhere
The rain and high wind stopped late this afternoon. Some flash floods but not bad. LOL, looks like it's heading your way Val! The next few days are highs in the mid 40's during the day and mid 20's at night. And...it looks like we might get some snow this weekend here at sea level. (always gone by noon) That hasn't happened since 2006!...I can't wait to watch my cats when they go out tomorrow morning!

O.K....so the weatherman lied! Green hills and 43 degrees this morning at 7:30 when I took my son up to the school for wrestling. Ummm, there is a little bit of frozen water out back!
Well we got very cold and brought in the plants that we could to palce in the garage so they would not freeze. Mainly our peppers though. All we have growing in planters and pots since a townhome condo so no yard just balcony/porch.

All made it through just fine and it did not get too cold. Well, 30's.

Now, back to what feels like more normal weather and temps.
Snow and even more snow. What's my weather forecast? ...more snow!!
and I was seriously thinking about moving to Canada next year??? just kick me now!
You're just getting too soft with all that sun and warmth. Come up here, we're a hardy bunch - I'd even roll out the red carpet if you came to visit me.
Think snow...think snow...think snow...
Nope, it's not working! I'll probably stay in the Bay Area...not sure but I'm already doing the regret thing just thinking about moving from here.
Today is overcast in the low 60's...maybe more rain later tonight.
I would love to come visit, but the cold would keep me from being there for too long!
LOL
Yes, me too soft with this weather we get here too.
