A Christmas story enjoy

The old man sat in his gas station on a cold Christmas Eve. He hadn’t been anywhere in years since his wife had passed away. He had no decorations, no tree, no lights. It was just another day to him. He didn’t hate Christmas, just couldn’t find a reason to celebrate. There were no children in his life. His wife had gone.

A poem on peace for you to enjoy

Color Splash Rainbow Pictures, Images and Photos

'Peace' by Christine

If peace was something to hold in your hand,

Something tangible to feel, something like sand,

We could each sprinkle it all over the Earth,

From Capetown to London, from LA to Perth,

It's color would be a bright leafy green,

Glistening and shiny for all to be seen,

This would stop our anger, jealousy and tears,

Calm all our… Continue

Snowdonia trip

I have just returned from a wonderful rest and relaxing tour of Snowdonia (in North Wales) and went to the top of Mount Snowdon via train (cog train) and it was breathtakingly beautiful. Stayed at the Royal Victoria Hotel in Llanberis and each day went to a different location and took hundreds of photographs. Visited castles and gardens and the weather was sunny and warm (very unusual for this time of year in Wales as it usually rains there)
The day we left the mist rolled in and it got a…

RACCOON VISIT

Raccoon is one of my silent totems. I read my cards two days ago,

(something I rarely do) and pulled the Raccoon. Then last night a

Raccoon and a baby Raccoon came to my back yard. She was washing her

food in the pool when I spotted her from the balcony. I started talking

to her, and she looked up at me to make eye contact and she seemed as if

she were saying to me "I hear you!" I was not that far away from her

and it did not bother her that I was some crazy lady… Continue
