I knew the poppies were for our fallen soldiers, but I had no idea of the true meaning!
Today I saw a man selling poppies stop a lady and asked if he could reposition her poppy. While doing so he told that lady she should wear the poppy on their right side; the red represents the blood of all those who…Continue

It is Presence—God-Self—Essence that is our source and root being and life. It seems we can only talk about it indirectly by describing what it is not. Many think it is something that takes time, perhaps many lifetimes to…Continue

I might be a guy ( this time around ), but for many years I have paid attention to Susan Weed and her teachings. I've learned a lot. Her site is mainly oriented for women so I hope the women and men on this site find this interesting?

How Technology Has Helped The Medical Field:
CT Scans give not only a 3 D image but a 360 degree one as well. This has saved an unimaginable number of lives, because a lump or mass was found immediately. It used to be if someone needed a liver or kidney, they usually died waiting for it. Today that organ…Continue

What would be left if we didn’t give a thought to what we were thinking? Not the good, the bad or the might be?
It would be like holding on to nothing, not even our thoughts — like not enough money, too much thinking or not enough love.…
What would it be like to be fully present, completely conscious and radiating sunshine inside and out?
In a nutshell it might be something like this . .
Everything would seem fresh, clear and simple. But there's not much going on in our head.…Continue

If anyone who happens to be in their sixties or over and believes they have led a dull life, think again: for you are a baby boomer! Being born between 1950 to 1955 means that your toys didn't need batteries because you were content with Tonka trucks, Play dough, Mr. Potato Head, Lincoln Logs and Tinker Toys.
We were also daredevils, we rode our bikes and roller skated down…Continue
