Being free is being fully present because we're undivided, whole, complete and flowing. For me it's a RELAXED feeling that comes when I'm with people I like.

Getting a fix on a feeling helps us expand on topics we know nothing about because the feeling will stick with us. When we go back to a feeling over again, we can build on it co-creating something as if it were a composition.

Taking care of a clogged sink, a grungy bathroom and a nasty fridge FEEL THE SAME AS clearing emotions, dissolving energy blocks and stepping into the quiet of my heart. Working on one is like working on the other. It feels like the same energy.
