I think it’s true. Even when we suffer outrageous fortune with all the drama of love and hate. We ask for all of it. It’s part of being alive.
Recognizing that our heart is already at the helm may be the first step to love and freedom. But it may not come to mind in this world at this time!
For me giving the helm to the eternal and infinite takes practice.
