Late night at wrestling practice so tonight is just tomato soup and grilled cheese. Something fast and easy!

change of plans! The tamale guy was in the parking lot at the grocery store so it's tomato soup & tamales and fresh broccoli tonight...

Last night I made homemade ribs, complete with BBQ sauce. It's one of those "Mom's a hero" meals.

Tonight we are having a late supper of Romaine lettuce and spinach salad with some tomatoes, onions, garlic, radishes and cilantro and BBQ chicken.

That sounds much better than my pork chops and mashed potatoes tonight! Fresh carrots and broccoli to go with it...
It's only 1:20 so I think I'll make a yellow cake with chocolate frosting to go with it...

Gluten free wheat free cocoa brownies sweetened with agave instead of sugar for my son (and yes, me too) for later this evening.

But dinner first to be salmon with brown and wild rice and a side of mixed veggies (carrots, yellow and green squash, and green beans).

Oh well...I didn't have any yellow cake so it turned out to be double chocolate...
tonight is baked chicken and seasoned fries with garden salad. I wanted to B.B.Q the chicken but it still looks like rain....
Sauce for the chicken is olive oil with basil and crushed garlic and whatever other spices are on the shelf!

Now that sounds yummy too! Baked will be nice though get the smells inside which will be wonderful from the sounds of it and warming the home too...
