hiya mrs D here the recipe for a good cuppa!

How to make the perfect cup of tea! first fill and boil a kettle of water, while the kettle is being brought to the boil,get one tea pot and swill with warm water,then get a good quality tea now some would say earl grey tea! but a good yorkshire loose tea is the best,its strong and full bodied with flavour.none of this tea in a bag on a string rubbish, now some people prefer a cup and saucer, but myself personally like to have a mug! because you can get more of it.now back to the tea,now you have your pot and a good tea put 6 teaspoons of tea into the pot and wait for the kettle to boil!
once the kettle has boiled pour straight into the pot and place the teapot lid on and cover with a tea cozy to keep things hot!Now fill the kettle again and
bring to the boil once more,as this take about 3 and half minutes to boil get your tea spoon and mug ready, as soon as the kettle boils a second time, remove
the cozy and teapot lid and gently stir the tea 9 or 10 times,this will mix up and bring out all the flavours of the tea.
Replace the lid and now you are ready to pour your tea with a tea strainer into your cup, also some people prefer to add cream or milk into their tea, now i
prefer to add my cream/milk last then you can judge how much of a stong flavored tea you would like as you are using a strong tea the cream could make it thick and milk will make it slightly weaker and cooler,some people prefer their tea black or with a freshly squeezed lemon juice,if you have tea this way you might find it a bit bitter to taste. also some people like to have a little bit of sugar in their tea! this is true after having a pastie or fryup, but i say if you
are sweet enough why add sugar!now your tea is ready to drink but remember its hot so dont burn your lips! now go and try a devon cream tea! Enjoy :)
