Words are not necessary. We only need to LISTEN to our inside. There's an aspect of ourselves that already knows what we want and what to do. So what DO we do? We rest, relax and and give the reins to soul or to whomever is running the show.

Awareness itself has neither shape nor form, neither viewer nor view. But we are more than a soaking of the light of the sun, moon and stars.

Rather it feels like a vast vast stillness that embraces everything and so activates memories of wholeness and completeness.

We are not evolving because we are ALREADY evolved being infinite, timeless and unchanging -- we know this before we start thinking too much, when things are still still. Rather, what is evolving is our expression in the world. It could be something like this.

Loving The Stuff Behind Everything

When you look at the stars at night, it may not be the stars that capture your heart, but the vastness. When you go to the beach early in the morning, it could be the silence you hear that makes it so special -- an awareness having neither shape nor form but oodles of space.

Indeed I've been thinking how delightful it would be to be conscious awake and asleep without any discontinuity, might help me to understand personality, body and soul. But the REAL reason is that the idea just excites me! It would be like learning to walk.

JURGEN ZIEWE'S DISCOVERY ABOUT THE OM
Out-of-body experiencer, Jurgen Ziewe, tells of an experience he had in 2012 when, during his regular meditation, he found himself out-of-body in a different dimension. He decided to continue his meditation chanting the 'Om'.
He writes: "The moment I chanted the word, the ground around me began to reverberate, almost like a minor earth tremor. With the second chant, I was completely airborne and lifted into the most sublime sky one can imagine, with blessing in the form of luminous sparks raining down on me. I rose higher and higher and as I rose the chant assumed a life of its own. Very rapidly I merged with the sound and in no time I entered Samadhi. I was connected to and one with the core energy of this most amazing current."
