Live for today not yesterday or tomorrow

You were alive yesterday. You are not alive yesterday so don't worry about yesterday. You might be alive tomorrow but you are not alive tomorrow so don't worry about tomorrow. You are alive today so live for today. Do your best today. If you can help someone be better today do it. Help yourself become a better you today. Live for today and don't worry about yesterday or tomorrow.

Seven Philosophies Of The Native American Man

SEVEN PHILOSOPHIES FOR THE NATIVE AMERICAN MAN

The wisdom of Native Elders is contained in the Seven Philosophies and is offered to Native American men so that they may be better fathers, sons, husbands, uncles, relatives, friends, Tribal members and citizens of the countries in which they live. The Seven Philosophies point the way towards a return to the values of Native American culture for the…

My Declaration of Independence

1. I declare Independence from things that hold me back such as false belief systems. I will question all of my beliefs before I believe it. If it doesn't make any sense and if it doesn't have any evidence showing that this belief to be true then I will not allow it to be a part of my life.

2. I declare Independence from racism and racist people. I declare Independence from bigotry (intolerance towards those who hold different opinions from…

Glen Cove

For the first two weeks I was at Glen Cove protecting an ancient burial site from being turned into a park. I had to come back to see a liver specialist. He told me that I have cirrhosis of the liver and possibly could have liver cancer but he isn't sure and I hope that he is wrong but I have to go take some tests now. I am planning on going back up to Glen Cove soon. Please keep the warriors protecting this site in your prayers. Here is a link where you can get daily updates on what is going… Continue

In the 30 years of its formal history, the American Indian Movement (AIM) has given witness to a great many changes. We say formal history, because the movement existed for 500 years without a name.
