I will be resting up after discovering old broads should not try to take down a door without help. Pulled a few muscles and now have arm that wants to do nothing..grr .. but just another lesson about not being a spring chicken any more.. but got it down got it repaired and yes hollered for help to rehang it..

While doing all that my littlest fur baby left me a message in note pad that I have not yet decipered

for some reason she is addicted to keyboard dancing especially when I have a cd playing through the computer... Guaranteed life is not boring with these 2 little ones.. they have recovered from their surgeries and FreeWilly is learning to play with stuffed toys and my socks.. (he was terrified by the stuffed toys when he first got here) but is now developing a new personality.. PreciousResCue well she is still terrified of men and hides behind me, but she has stopped her incessant barking and shaking.. so we are making progress.. Now if I can just get them to accept the fact Andre the Gentle Giant (90 lb neighbors dog) is no threat to them.. But my Rescued babies are making progress ...

Our weather has been a little strange down here. Last week I went out to cover my plants and when I went back in the house 2 of my tenants were in the den and I told them it was going to snow. They laughed at me and said it doesn't snow here. One of the guys checked the weather channel and said nope no snow... How do you know? I told them I could smell it and they got a big laugh. 40 minutes later my neighbor called all excited telling me to look out the window because it was snowing. I walked back into the den and looked at the guys and said follow me, I want to show you something... threw open the front door with a I TOLD YOU SO!!! It didn't stick but it was pretty! It was cold last week and the beginning of this week it was in the middle 70's. Tomorrow we will be back down to 40 something. No wonder everyone is sick around here.

Wow...got to love the moisture for the soft face of our Earth Mother and hope it will help for the summer ahead. Yep, birthday today and as I see it, heck, I am only celebrating the 39th anniversary of my 30th birthday so am still a young buck eh? Yeah, right. My mind yes 'oh sure, you can still do it' and then my body says, 'Yeah...I don't think so'. Lol...love you all ...wish you the best of days and thank you all for allowing me to be a part of this awesome family!!! Keep voting everyone...we are climbing!!!!!! Yeperdoodle!!!

Well I have finally got all the new flooring in the kitchen, bath and hallway.. Will definitely last for the rest of my days unless the house should burn down (heaven forbid) but guaranteed I recommend when you reach my age you have someone else do it, cause this old gal has used everything inside to get this done...What in younger years took only a day has taken 3 days.. But can smile with satisfaction..There was 221 votes this morning so we have a good start to getting another 200 votes in Feb. Have a wonderful day everyone Hugs to All
