Well the storm is here and the weatherman I watch is actually here in my little town
and I got to see how a umbrella is not doing it's job (inside out ) but he has a hotel room with a patio door so he can go inside.. Yes I am smiling cause I have weathered many of these storms.. He says what he is dealing with right now is nothing compared to what should hit later this afternoon....

Survived yesterdays storm even though many of my flowers did not.
But the thunder and lightening is moving in and they say tomorrow
will be even worse.. many have lost power but there are many brave men out there
restoring as quickly as safely possible.. so if I am lucky the roof will remain intact
and the power will stay on.. but with the lightening strikes I am shutting down until it passes.. Be safe everyone..

It is supposed to be cool with a chance of rain for a few days, then warming up to the 90's again

All our weather warnings have been cancelled and today the winds are expected to be about 30mph with lots of rain and possible lightening and thunder..Still have some without power but the Power Crews are doing a Fantastic job restoring power... and hopefully those who were hit with the F2 tornado will have all the help they need

Well I have finally got everything in place and covered since we have a high wind warning for today and through the night into tomorrow with heavy rains .. Thankfully I live on a hill so most of the water should end up in the bay below.. but those on the flats may see some flooding...
