Old time beliefs  I cannot shed

Those love  and lost

Talking to my heart

Remindung me of everything importan

In each and every life

In and on Mother Earth

Or our Waters of Life

Or the santuary   upon a mountain top

Your loved  and no longer here

are probably whispering to you also

If you listen with your  heart

As you feel the love they  gave and left you with
