I have sought a Sanctuary..

A place where I could Free myslf

from built up hostilities ,

events that put us all on our knees..

and answers for questionS

I could find no answers for..

For myself or others.

Many times I have walked

and let the hear and soul 

do the talking for me

Other times I  find

I must climb a mountain

This has been a Tradiotn in my Famiy

To remain  strong and resolute

In protecting our lands,

the  waters, all beasts large and small

and Helping those we love as

Family, Chosen Family  and Friends
