Who Really Knows You

I know many will think to themselves
My Creator knows me.
Well thats true
But who can you reach out and touch
That knows the Real You
From birth to now
You never shared Everything
With your Parents
Siblings or Close Friends
Not even
Your Spouse or Children

The why not

Could it be because of their needs
You feeling they needed
Your Caring and Compassion
Your Encouragement
The knowing you were There for Them
No matter what

Did you
Swallow hard
Digging deep inside
Finding the Courage and Strength
To lay aside all your personal struggles
Maybe with a Silent Lord Help me
As you stood up and reached out
To help in any way possible

So who really knows you
Only you
Which should leave you with
A Inner Peace today
Everything you felt and hid
Everything that threatened your Inner Peace
You have overcome everything
one way or another
After caring for everyone else

Know that is what makes you so Special
You have survived everything
You should never look back questioning yourself
With a shoulda or coulda done things differently
Back then the important thing was
You were there
And you did such a great job
You have been granted another day

May your Trials and Tribulations be few
May those who looked to you in their time of need
Know how blessed they were to have you
None will ever know everything you suffered
But if you were one of those there for me
Know I am Thankful and feel Blessed
