This morning it's carrots, spinach and of course some fresh lettuce.. When my strawberry doe shows I will give her a few strawberries no jam today.
It has been so quiet and peaceful here, except for those who walk to work a few blocks from me and for years it has been morning greetings and well wishes for our day..They have walked to work for years no matter the weather because they to enjoy the peace of early mornings...

Wishing each and everyone of you a beautiful and peaceful day
Smile everyone it's another un promised day and no matter what trials we may face we can find beauty if we just look

The deer have been hanging around this morning wanting more carrots except for my special doe who loves toast and strawberry jam...Which is fine with me as long as they hang around here I know they are safe from the bow hunters.

Each day is a gift to be sure and I often think of how blessed we are to be able to see a sunrise or sunset. It would be difficult to describe such things to those who do not have that ability so all the more reason to see it with the physical eyes and the spirit eyes as well. My elders long ago told me that if I really want to see something then I need to close my eyes and then see what is really there. There is a Tsalagi saying that goes something like this, 'Be silent...or has your own tongue made you deaf'... and these two things remind me each morning to take time to see the beauty and listen to the language of all our relations who have so much to teach us. How does one find a better alarm clock than the morning birdsong and whispers of the Wind Spirits?
John Denver wrote in one of his songs that he lived each day like it was his first day and each day like it was his last day.
Millions of stars on a clear night bring us beauty and that beauty is based on difference since no two stars or planets are exactly the same and as a rainbow brings a smile to our face so also does the beauty of human and animal diversity. Each beautiful on it's own and yet together a masterpiece of community. May each of us embrace what we can be as individuals and as a collective who share this beautiful Earth Mother who gives us all we need. Love her....take care of her ....Sidanelai....we are ALL family...

She was not ready to say good bye to warm weather and sunny days..Me I'm doing the crazy happy dance cause it's raining...Mother Nature knows what our plants and animals need and it has been so dry here the first rain stood on top of the ground for quite awhile. Now it's penetrating the ground...So I sent her off with a smile and have a great day... wonder if shes inside grrring the crazy lady next door.. Life is good and today is going to be a great day because that is what I choose to make it...no matter what happens if I am breathing then it's a great day..

Smile Everyone so we have a brighter world
A please, thank you or your welcome accompanied with a Smile will make a difference in this world of ours..

I seen the deer, the doves are singing, and the hummingbirds are active... Found another place for leaving painted rocks.. Our Hospital, so many walk the grounds while waiting for someone in surgery. or the birth of a child.. This time it was a new to be Dad.. He got the simple rock that only had on it Smile & Be Happy... It's so many times the simple things that make a persons day.. So today I send you all a Smile and hoping your day is filled with little surprises that make you and those around you Happy and appreciating we all Have a New Day
