Recouping from a long trip so i missed the deer this morning but their tracks show they have made their way to the river. Yet it all is so right i can only start my day with a peaceful feeling and a smile..i am so grateful for my lifestyle it gives me what is needed and i can share with the younger ones in my family the beauty of other living breathing creatures.Years ago
i made a video about the eagles fearing that one day they would no longer exist and the only knowledge about them would be either in books or in a painting, so i am truly grateful to be alive watching them soar high and free and witnessing the flight of the young later on..So much has become extinct i can remember years ago rhodies were plentiful and grew wild on the mountains i climbed and traveled many times. now to have them you have to buy them because they have either been harvested or sprayed with poisons.. i wonder what will be left for the children in our future..Can we change the course and preserve what is so precious in our world.. i can always hope and pray the elders of other families share the importance of protecting our lands which supports all life not just ours.. Smile and enjoy what we are blessed with and protect what surrounds you

I woke up this morning and made a resolution to make no resolutions and realized that by making a resolution to make no resolutions I had just broken my first resolution to make no resolutions.

The gift of beauty awaits you if you look in your mirror and as you walk your path may you get to know your neighbor, share a smile, reach out a helping hand to those in need and know that we CAN make a positive difference each day.
We have no guarantee of a tomorrow so why not make the best of today?
See the beauty and know you can be a large part of it!!!

May we all start our days thankful and smiling and end them the same way knowing whatever we have faced we made it through the day..
