Great and I know that Agave is natural fruit. I use this actually and use much less than I used to use regular raw sugar as sweetener

One problem...I'm allergic to nutra sweet (aspertame) and we don't use splenda because it is processed with chlorine. LOL, I'm not allowed to have any sweetners or diet stuff!!! I'll get my cake in October...

Comment by Ms. Down-to-Earth on June 9, 2011 at 8:10am: I was going to bake a special cake with a chocolate half for me and a blueberry half for Ladyhawk - but then I remembered that she didn't show up last year so she probably wouldn't come up this year.
So I baked a nice cake with sweetner (not sugar) to share with Sandy and Val. Anyone else is welcomed to join us.
