My surgery for hernia repair is set for the 18th this month.
I will keep you all posted. I am sure it will go well as I have a doctor and that is his specialty.

As for my fall the other night, it has healed quyite well, can't tell at all aside from a light scratch on my chin and lip.

I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS LAST NIGHT WITH MS EDGE AND FIREFOX TOO. I GUESS I WILL TRY AND PUT GOOGLE CHROME IN IT AND I DONT LIKE GOOGLE BUT I AM GOING TO SEE IF IT RUNS ANY BETTER. I AM GETTING TRIED OF MIRCOSOFT PUSHING THINGS ON US THAT WE DON'T WANT. I KNOW I HEARD THAT THEY SOLD MORE WINDOWS 7 THAN ANY PC THEY HAVE SOLD. WISH THEY WOULD JUST LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE. I WOULD RATHER HAVE 7 AND KEEP IT THAN HAVING SOMETHING THAT GIVES PROBLEMS. NO SENSE IN ALL THIS. MY SIS DONNA CALL MIRCOSOFT AND THEY PUT HER WINDOWS 10 IN AND SHE DID NOT HAVE TO PAY AND I AM GOING TO SEE IF I CAN CALL THEM TO REDO MY WINDOWS 10 TO SEE IF THEY CAN INSTALL IT AND HOPE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE HAD WHEN I INSTALL IT.

I guess in this day and age nothing is personal anymore and we do have to upgrade whether we like it or not. There are alternatives that still give some privacy but that will soon change. I didn't know windows 10 did away with IE. I rarely use it now that I've gotten used to Mozilla. Love Mozilla because ad block plus works really well on that platform. No annoying ads on youtube and no flashy ads while I'm trying to read the news.
I did try and download windows 10 the other day and it gave me a message that said -windows 10 had to speak to some of it's brothers to make sure my programs were compatible and the download would start in a day or two. WTH???

Seems just another way MS is trying to force things on people. Maybe they think they are the settlers dealing with their 'Indians' eh? Take it or else.....

I wasn't dizzy or tired or anything but my foot hit the curb and down I went

Now my upper lip swollen and some light scratches on my chin and nose; and I have about a pound of makeup to hide the marks...
not real bad but geesh! You'd think I'd know how not to fall on my face at my age!

Anyhow, at least we do not have to go anywhere today except a small repair job.
