Companies have no respect by trying to shove things on people. Anything to try an gain a dollar...greed... totally pitiful the state so many humans have come to as respecting others. Hope it all gets worked out one day.

Comment by Val on December 18, 2015 at 4:09pm: I got home quite awhile ago and wanted to update asap but I was tired so fell back to sleep.

Apparently my hernia was a lot larger than thought, but taken care of and mesh along with sutures were used.
Surgery: I went in at 9am got out about 11:30 I think it was. Not in any pain (well, just very minor) on pain meds they gave me Vicodin) have an anti nausea patch they stuck behind my ear so thankfully no nausea. Also have a nice ice pack that I been placing over the area every few minutes or so for a few hours to help with swelling and pain (again very minor)

Had hubby stop by pharmacy on way home also to get a laxative and prescription for the Vicodin for just in case.

Got my water all set up next to my bed, some books and i-pad for games or reading so I am all set.

I did have some chicken soup homemade mainly broth and just had some yogurt.

Now, I be going back to sleep.

I will peek in again as soon as I feel up to it.
