Hi earthairfirewater1,
It's easy to delete a video...just go to the video and above it you will see a options box on the top right. Click on delete (bottom option).
When you upload a video it goes to All videos and My Videos by default. When you click on the heart under a video that adds it to your favorites. You can also click on the heart under someone else's video and that will show up in your favorites list to.
