I love my lilac trees!

I love flowers!

They add such color to life!

The desert so pale throughout the year
Then, with a little rain from the skies and light from the sun
The Spring Blooms add a radiance not seen in most places.
An arid place filled with prickly cacti
some of the most radiant flowers fill the land
with their beauty.

I have no idea what the name of this flower is, but it grows along the trails and hillsides of Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve, San Diego County, California this time of year beginning to bloom. I am going to see if I can find the name of this (unless someone else knows). I will post when I find it.

I'm not sure what kind of flower that is either but it is pretty!
