Upload of Video's

Hello,
I would like to see if possible there could be more options of uploading video's ~~ Besides the Embedded Current method,,but add the Browse function.
Any Other Upload ideas would be great

I wish we could but at this time it would cost the site an additional $10 a month to directly upload from youtube. Hopefully in the future the funds will be available for this feature.
