Vey respected by me ,my God sent spiritual teacher,guru SiNeh,you are right,that to stay balanced,we need to create joy,euphoria,good laugh from the heart and stomach.When,I was young,I created this state of natural laughter,joy,euphoria,by dancing alone or with my daughter,just for the honour of the Lord,or playin on 2 violines,just to show our joy,happiness,to the Lord.But with the years of disappointments from the people,or some of my evil ex-husbands,sent to me as a test{like in Job or Jesus case}I was robbed from the desire to be or share with people,remaining only with the inner joy,euphoria,happiness for God=Love:Rumiana
