The truth is
As a child raised with uniforms in her world
Knowing nothing was promised or free unless we were willing to fight and sacrifice to keep

keep it, that meant many fathers,  brother, sisters,  might not return.. I have sat at many  a table  where there sat a empty chair

there sat a plate  adorned with a  rose stem  bearing only leaves of hope and the thorn of pain..We accepted the fact God had said  Job well done, your time in hell is through and I bring you home   to peace and tranquility

They are Not Forgotten, the pain  felt by their Loved Ones has Never Been Forgotten.. The Sacrifices so many   yet it is up to us to  Fight for the Freedom  they Gave Their All to Ensure..

Remember Armed Forces Days is to Honor Our Present Day Serving

Vetrans Day is to Remember and embrace our Veterans who have Served us well..

And  this Memorial Day is the day of the Empty Chairs  the Roseless   rose stem with only Leaves of Hope   and the Pain of Loss Through the Sacrifice of Many  Who  Believed Our Freedoms were important..
