How do we plan for the future when there's no telling what it will be? We don't have to plan for the future! Just be in the moment connected to the heart. The Upstairs Dept will take care of the details, expectations tend to get in the way. What a relief!

How Do We Know?
How do we know we are in the moment connected to our heart? It feels good! In a way that doesn't require any expectations, just allowing ourselves to enjoy it, as it is, when it is.

Life is long then is short ...
Looking at the 1947 - 1955 Chevy truck, it wakes something up in me. Time does start out slow, so slow you wonder how many years before Christmas, then speeds up so fast that you forget to eat.
But time has nothing to do with it, that makes our heart yearn for certain places, things and times. I think it's where our spiritual home is. For me it's the ocean, pine trees and open spaces that I knew as a kid growing up.
