"Stillness is the language God speaks, and everything else is a bad translation It may be the stillness in your room in the early hours of the morning, or the silent gaps in between sounds.
"Stillness has no form - that is why through thinking we cannot become aware of it. Thought is form. Being aware of stillness means to be still. To be still is to be conscious without thought.
- Maddie, friend of Eckhart Tolle

It's hard for me. I'm even busy busy in my dreams, which I know is really OBE's.
Within the Heart is the Quiet
It seems natural to go to the beach early in the morning or walk in the forest among the trees to experience the silence. But it's EVERYWHERE really because everything comes from it -- via our connections.
But you have to KNOW it's there, be aware that everything is coming from the quiet that makes our world. Then it pops out -- otherwise the mind negates the idea and you don't see or hear anything.
Hearing the stillness in rock and stone
We can hear the stillness in things by hearing the stuff around it. In this case we can hear the stillness of the rocks by noticing the roar of ocean waves surrounding the rocks, knowing there's something being surrounded by the ocean roar.
Neutral Gear
We are in neutral gear when we're out of judgement. It is life supporting to all. We know it by the peace we feel. This is when we accept both personality and soul AS IS. This is a gift through us to others and ourselves.
It affirms each person as a spark of Divine Light with whom we are one -- Your Soul's Plan by Robert Schwartz
Our Eyeballs Are Waking Up
We're moving from a dimension of things to a dimension of space. It's not that we we see new things so much -- It's that our eyeballs are waking up -- not knowing what will manifest next.
Before this, the things we saw had names, shape and definition. Everything else was invisible to us. Now we see the invisible more. We don't always know what to call what we see.
Feel The Stillness
“Stare at me. Empty your mind. See how alright everything is in its pure state? Keep looking at me. Feel the stillness – that is what is really inside you!
You must take the time out and away from buildings and other humans to find yourselves again and again.” -- Jet, We Walk Beside You by Sandra Mendelson
One Damn Thing After Another
Most people’s lives are cluttered up with things: material things, things to do, things to think about. Their lives are like the history of humanity, which Winston Churchill defined as “one damn thing after another.”
It reflects my consciousnesses and my Dad too. In fact, he often used these very same words when coming home from work. This is the dimension of object consciousness. ET
