I have just returned from a wonderful rest and relaxing tour of Snowdonia (in North Wales) and went to the top of Mount Snowdon via train (cog train) and it was breathtakingly beautiful. Stayed at the Royal Victoria Hotel in Llanberis and each day went to a different location and took hundreds of photographs. Visited castles and gardens and the weather was sunny and warm (very unusual for this time of year in Wales as it usually rains there)
The day we left the mist rolled in and it got a little chilly, but then once back into England after taking a roundabout way, the sun came out again. Went to Norfolk (King's Lynn) for a couple of days then back home to Cheltenham, where it was cold and frosty Saturday night....today the sun has broken through again and it is lovely so a very enjoyable Sunday too.
Hope everyone has forgiven me for not posting anything lately....have been travelling around and also have a stack of work to do now....neglected my Ancestry page as well, so have to get really busy in the next few days.
Hope everyone is well and enjoying October.

November 30th is Charlie's 2nd birthday, but today is the birthday party for him and his little girlfriend who was 2 years old last month.....they share everything.
Tomorrow we will be going to another celebration of Charlie's other grandmother who has a birthday on Wednesday....so many birthdays in November! LOL.
I am still snowed under with family research and other more pressing work, but will honestly try and devote some time to my favourite site (Warrior Nation of course! haha)

It sounds like a very enjoyable trip! Don't feel bad...I've been gone for 5 weeks taking care of some family business. Get caught up (if that's ever possible) and we'll see you soon. I HOPE to see some of those pictures!
Big Hugs,
LadyHawk
