Mother's Last Wish

Before she passed away (2005) she said to contact her on the other side if I could. Maybe I can if I'm very quiet. She was my favorite mother. And a newspaper reporter.

She said when you wrote for a paper, it had to include, who, what, when and where. If she wrote an article on heaven, I wonder what it would be like. Would it have her delicious sense of humor that made her editor so happy?

Getting To Know Our Energies

When our vibration changes, our mind interprets this as going someplace. And this is because when we go someplace, we usually feel differently.


When the frequency becomes extremely high, our mind interprets this as silence. Because there is little correspondence to this on this planet at this time.


This silence is the "gap" between things, the same quiet as that of sitting under a tree, the same quiet of being in love, and the same wholeness of being who we really are, not of form really but of the spirit . . .

Exploring Heart

It has the same feeling of being around trees, like a tiny silent space of silence inside me. Tiny because there's so much stuff around it -- all my experiences -- all demanding my attention. Not happy or sad so much, just unmistakably real.

It feels super real I think because we're seeing directly through the eyes of Heart at who we really are.  It seems that Heart sees us in many ways!  Like ocean, mountain or tree, smell, sound or touch -- each with unmistakable familiarity.

It is a healing space.  I go there often.
