When we allow the Upstairs Dept (call it what you will) move into our body, we create freedom in ourselves . . .

Freedom to be who we are, freedom to love ourselves and freedom to be whole and complete.

Not by going to heaven someplace, but by connecting to our body on Earth in every way we can, letting it take us where we need to go.

It is possible to ride a bicycle from San Clemente to Oceanside on the old Highway 1 and from there to Mexico.

Yes it is a synthesis of DNA and eastern philosophy, but it's only apparent when I hop on my bicycle, have lunch or go to bed.

There's a campground and a beach about a mile or so south of the pier. I go to the campground to smell the campfires and enjoy the shade of the Eucalyptus trees. Ir's enough to get me moving in the morning.
