Frequency

Frequency is the range of vibration to which a reality can vibrate. It can occupy a space, time or era but is of a realm not of the physical.

When the frequency is low, the reality is heavy and dense. When the frequency is light and fluid, so too is the reality.

Unity consciousness occurs when the frequency is shared. Think if you will of a father and daughter sharing a glass of wine together.
