No this is one of the pair that flies over my home taken by a gal who lives here.. I see both pair almost everyday,, I watch them circling over the trees on my hill and hear them talking when not in flight.. Wish I was younger would be on the hill searching for their nests, maybe after my eye surgery I can hike up the trail and find them and get some good pictures
