IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO READ TO THE END

Some people say they don't want to drink before bed, so you don't have to get up at night to go to the bathroom.

I asked my cardiologist why people (especially old people) pee so much at night.

His answer was: When you stand or sit, the force of gravity holds water in your lower body.

This is why legs can swell.

When you lie down, your lower body seeks balance with the kidneys.

So the kidneys remove the water and the trash because it's easier.

Water is essential to… Continue

Grilled Pumpkin with Rosemary and Sea Salt

My backyard grown sugar pie pumpkins are finally ripening and a few of the pumpkins ended up being somewhat small and weren't worth the effort to process into pumpkin puree. So, what to do with these little guys? I wanted to do something new and, not having grilled pumpkins before, I was quite excited to give it a try.

During grilling, the…

It's all up to you.

I saw this on Facebook and really felt the need to share it. I have NEVER seen a more perfect poem, written in the saddest way.

"I destroy homes, tear families apart, take your children, and that's just the start.

I'm more costly than diamonds, more costly than gold, the sorrow I bring is a sight to behold.

And if you need me, remember I'm easily found.

I live all around you, in schools and in town.

I live with the rich, I live with the poor, I live down the…

Sing A Song

I sing a song that took Grandfather over 40 years to teach me. But it is now my song. It belongs to me. It is my holy song, my medicine-song, and great is its power. When I sing it I go through the clouds and I become spirit and I talk with Grandfather and he with me. I sing a song, my song.

Everyone has a song from Creator. Ask him for your song. Seek him out with a clean heart. He will give you YOUR song. Only your song. Sing your song to him. Every…

A Must Read:

A young man went to seek an important position at a large printing company. He passed the initial interview and was going to meet the director for the final interview. The director saw his resume, it was excellent. And asked, 'Have you received a scholarship for school?' The boy replied, 'No'.

'It was your father who paid for your studies?'

'Yes.' He replied.

'Where does your father work?'

'My father is a Blacksmith'

The Director asked the young to show him his…

VIN NUMBER - WARNING

VIN NUMBER - WARNING

Here is INFO worth the price of your car.... WHAT WILL the car thieves THINK OF NEXT? The car thieves peer through the windshield of your car or vehicle, write down the VIN # from the label on the dash, go to the local car dealership and request a duplicate key based on the VIN #. I didn't believe this e-mail, so I called A local GM dealer and pretended I had lost my keys. They told me to just bring in the VIN #, and they would cut me one on the spot, and I…
