this flute was a happy accident, as I was routing the SAC the bearing in my router disintegrated and the cutter came through the side leaving a perfect half circle, after considering cutting the whole end off an grafting on a new piece I went to my granddaughters birthday party, I ended up blowing up balloons when a thought came to me, I finished making the flute hole and all then poked a sausage balloon into the SAC and blew it up then mixed crushed marble powder and epoxy glue and filled the hole! wallah! the half moon flute,,,
