Baileys Mudslide

Ingredients:

2 oz Baileys^® Coffee Irish Cream
.5 oz Smirnoff^® No. 21 Vodka
1 cup ice

Directions:

Blend Baileys, Smirnoff Vodka, and ice.
Pour into a martini glass, swirled with chocolate syrup.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

This recipe contains no more than 0.6 fl. oz. of alcohol per serving.

The Mouse on the Barroom Floor
Some Guinness was spilled on the barroom floor
when the pub was shut for the night.
Out of his hole crept a wee brown mouse
and stood in the pale moonlight.
He lapped up the frothy brew from the floor,
then back on his haunches he sat.
