Yesterday I got to go to the public swimming pool to do my exercises for the first time since March 10th...guess I can put away those jars of spaghetti sauce that I was using as dumbbells.
I'm curious as to how many members here set out a scheduled workout and how many do exercises on a whim? I've always been interested in remaining toned and not necessarily looking like a bodybuilder. My forms of exercises have changed over the years as my disease progresses and my physical limitations increase. I sit in a chair to work on my arms and core (having learned how to do 'sit-ups' while seated), and stand while using my walker to work on my legs and glutes.
