‎"Knowledge was inherent in all things. The world was a library and its books were the stones, leaves, grass, brooks and the birds and animals that shared, alike with us, the storms and blessings of the earth. We learn to do what only the student of nature ever learns, and that is to feel beauty".

This is very nice. Thank you for the words of inspiration.

Thank you. Reminds me of a childhood lesson my mother taught me.
Close your eyes
Hear the sounds of nature
Smell the scents
Feel the wind or the sun on your skin
Taste the air, whether it be salty, smokey or dusty
Concentrate on these things.
Open your eyes and celebrate what you see, perhaps only a tiny flower or bud, or a glorious sunset.
Can you sense all of these things at the same time?
Too often we loose touch with our senses and miss the beauty of life in it's fullest.
Practice this often to appreciate nature and feel it's beauty
Very nice very true
