- my only child, son, 23 y.o. died 10 yrs. ago, he (I) donated his organs & tissues and helped 77 people. He was also part Cherokee. I am a HUGE animal advocate both domestic & wildlife - I love bullies and really try to save them via Pet Pardons on FB.!!

Hello Linda I hope you are feeling better I know about bad Backs I have been on crunches for over ten years with much pain I refused white coat Med's I was finely convinced by a family member to get Acupuncture treatments after six month's there was improvement and just recently, I know longer need my crunches to walk if there was ever a "Miracle" this was it. I feel for you condition and hope you have a fast recovery just don't hurt you self again
again if you can help it it just takes to much time from our lives recovering.

No 12 step programs but I'm certainly happy to hear of your success! I took some time to read college text books about addiction & it's very interesting to understand the psychology of the addicted person. And that's why we have other problems, not just drugs & alchohol, but even gambling, greed, or even eating. But 1 sign I saw said it the best.......... Sobriety is a journey, not a destination.
