Once I wanted to leave the state.Something seemed to draw me away,Calling me until I could not rest or sleep.My one consuming passion was to find out what it was to locate and tame it and prove that that I was stronger so my restless soul could find peace.But I didn't know what I was looking for.
I think now that I do.I look at my two sons and my family and the sunny New England that we call home and I know I've not missed the best that life has to give.The true essence of its joy. I have love, I give Love. I am needed in this world. What greater thing can any of us find than the place ... the special some where... where we are needed... where we are loved... where we are happy and where we may trust.That thing I wanted.. needed to find... was my home. The restlessness that plagued me was a lack of knowing myself and where I belonged in this world.
Home is never a place you see with your eyes. It is a place you feel with your heart ,a spot on this earth where the soul is at peace with itself. Each of us must search for it on our own...
