I write my favorite mantras, I AM Holy, Love, etc on glass mason jars, I set the jar outside in the sun with the lid loosely attached (to breathe and keep insects out) and try keeping the mantra facing the sun as much as possible. I refrigerate the Water until my prayer period, then to room temperature. Prayer begins with the Holy Water Ceremony, ie; I Bless the Water &amp; say; Lord I AM not worthy to receive this, but say the Word and it shall be.
