I just read a news article about the Queen and Prince Phillip 'crashing' a wedding. The groom found out the Royals would be attending something in the same building and jokedily sent an invitation. Although it was politely declined, the Royals shown up and had some pictures taken with the bride and groom. So I guess there's hope for me yet!
