Frequency of Light

The frequency of light is seeing, knowing and understanding, essentially ourselves.

It is a divine frequency when created with an awareness of God and self as one (leaf of the same tree). And it’s something we can FEEL in nature. 


This knowledge is passed on to others not by what we do or say but because what one person sees, others can too.

The feeling of light is life and vitality. We feel this when we go outside. Maybe this is why my mother always said “Go out and play”.
