Choices
I chose to work 5 days a week
Hopeful it makes life easier for others
But those other 2 days
I call them mine
Mine to recover from dealing with
Those I wanted to Strangle
Those who opened mouth inserting foot
My time to enjoy all that's free
The sun, moon, stars
Hugs from a sticky fingered child
The simplest things in life
One cannot put a price on
That which heals, calms and delivers
Peace to the Body Mind and Soul
Choices we all have
