Keeping In The Moment

Keeping in the moment helps life remember itself because the moment is life. It has nothing really to do with time but seems that way.

It's when we put time on the back burner, being mindful in whatever we do. What then emerges is a stillness that rushes in like the tide.

And life around us (sometimes elephants) remembers itself in that instant and wants to share what it is in any way it can.

Consciousness

There is a space we can share with all living things at all times, all places. It is the fabric of life. It is consciousness.

Consciousness is what we pay attention to. When we pay attention with our heart — not mind — it is an unlimited space of unconditional love.

We can love our friends, our family, planet Earth, the solar system or even the whole galaxy if we want.  Within us is a love that does not know bounds of place and time.

By loving with our heart — not our mind — we can radiate out into many regions and still remain whole and complete at the same time.

It is just realizing what already is. We don't make it so. It already is. This is a space we share in our heart with all living things.

Spiritual Training Camp

Earth is good place for a spiritual training camp. If we can achieve our spiritual goals here, we can do it anywhere.


This is because unconscious humans offer resistance to being fully present.

And because of this resistance, they force us to be more present.  Eckhart Tolle explains.

By allowing others to hold their illusions we love them because it allows them to experience what they must in their own way. We must remember however to not to be drawn into those illusions.

Just Life

I am not my thoughts, emotions, sense perceptions and experiences. I am not the content of my life. I am the source of those things but not those things. I am just Life.

Sounds simple but it took Eckart Tolle to see it clearly.

Straight Talk

Accepting my life as it is.....is the only way I can exist with those who do don't accept my life as it is.

I actually have people in my life that think I am foolish for thinking these thoughts. That is until I say to them...."I am probably the only person in your life that works on accepting you as you are. That does not see you broken, in need of repair. That does not see you as missing something. That sees you as perfect." When that sinks in they realize that I may be the only person who really gives a shit about them.

I have to admit that being enlightened with this wisdom is hard.....but it keeps revealing myself to me. And I find more ways to love myself, and in turn, loving others. Thank you to whoever may read this.......it is getting lonely out here.

The easiest way for more light is to ask for it -- through anyone, any means, any thing. But the key is to ask which means being awake enough to do so. That's why friends can be so important. Their presence alone can make an opening so we can see what we have to do.
