living in freedom

When we allow the Upstairs Dept (call it what you will) move into our body, we create freedom in ourselves . . .

Freedom to be who we are, freedom to love ourselves and freedom to be whole and complete.

Not by going to heaven someplace, but by connecting to our body on Earth in every way we can, letting it take us where we need to go.

About the boat . . .There were only 3 paying passengers. The other 2 were former airline stewardesses. I liked just sitting on deck watching the river go by. Soo relaxing. It was like the river was absolutely still and everything --- trees, shadows and shore -- moved around it.

I couldn't find a good photo of the Ventura Freeway so I chose another SoCal freeway I liked. Seems you picked up on that!

The Jungle

I love he jungle too! It was possible once so I went to the headwaters of the Amazon River in Peru on a boat. We went on excursions sometimes in the night into the jungle. It was marvelous! The guide said if you see red eyes in the night, it is a predator looking at you! We learned how to fish Piranha and had it for dinner!

Kyak Rio Futaleufú!

The Futaleufú River is glacial water, very blue. It has three major tributaries, the Rio Chico, the Rio Espolon, and the Rio Azul. All three major tributaries of the "Futa" can be rafted or kayaked in season, with the exception of a magnificent gorge on the Espolon called "The Devil's Throat," which is better viewed than paddled.

U Turn On The Ventura

Oh I do enjoy the telling of your stories, Michael! The best part is always at the end no matter what the plot. I savor this the most. It is I can breathe another breath and walk another step

Rewiring and Reprogramming

I believe we have the power to rewire our brain, modify our body and change the landscape in which we live to reflect the real us.

I believe that permanent, authentic and positive change can be achieved by recognizing and responding to the love in our heart as it speaks.
