Comment by LadyHawkღ on February 8, 2016 at 11:26pm: I have read both posts and I think there may have been some misinterpretation but both sides do have a point. As far as a police officer it always saddens me to lose a fellow officer... Thoughts and prayers for his family. There are bad cops, good cops and extraordinary cops that go way beyond the call of duty. My children were raised to basically trust their instincts in dealing with any law enforcement and the girls were taught to keep the door locked and never put the window down all the way when getting stopped. Not so much as a distrust for law enforcement but to make sure it is a real officer pulling them over.
I am a firm believer in agree to disagree shake hands and move on.
