Good Morning and thank you Loretta.....calling for rain here tomorrow also. Days have been in the 60's lately so that helps with the fires up here. No smoke lately as well and now many of the fire fighters are being sent to California to help out there. Garden here is done for the season....last few mornings have in in the 30's so things pretty well quit growing. Hope every one has a great weekend coming up...look in your mirror and see the beauty of your own gift!!!

Crazy old woman reporting her weather, 3:20 this morning the coffee ready so dressed in her PJ's a raincoat and slippers on her feet she went outside and sat in her chair.. So peaceful, much needed rain falling....not cold just wet some leaves collecting water for their roots..so a silent prayer it is helping those on the firelines who must be exhausted...they say we will be in the low 60's today which is fine with me...some think I am crazy to be up so early but there is nothing like the peaceful quiet mornings with Gods creatures headed for the bay, the birds with their morning songs , a gentle breeze moving the trees....a new day, for all of us..

Mornin' All,
Got a chuckle out of your crazy old woman thing Loretta...I too am up early each day (between 3-4) and yes, it is a nice quiet time of the day. When I was a kid we lived in Oklahoma.... my dad and his brother farmed and I was always up early even then..... they called me Rooster....I hated that name...lol.
Weather here is at 38 this morning with lots of clouds and hopefully we will get some rain later (not ready for snow yet). Either way the day is beautiful and the beautiful people on this site can make anyone's rough day seem a whole lot better. Enjoy it all and touch life with love and gentleness.....

Here it is cloudy...didn't get much rain out of this event but the cool weather has helped a lot with the fires...not much of a problem now. Our weather here in southern California...

TOO HOT!!!!

We are hoping for rain but the temps where I live are ALWAYS ten degrees hotter; so, if it says 87 or 85 or whatever then it will be 95 or 97

Anyhow, for the next few days the forecast is....

Tonight
Mostly cloudy, with a low around 71. South wind around 5 mph.
Monday
A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 11am. Partly sunny, with a high near 87. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
Monday Night
A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 74. Southwest wind around 5 mph.
Tuesday
A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 80. South wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Tuesday Night

It was raining this morning but they say it will dry out later today and a high of mid 60's for today and tomorrow.. Hope to get the yard mowed if the yard drys out a little more....

Cool with passing clouds up here today but beautiful for sure. Sky is very blue and have not had smoke for a couple of weeks now. Trees are turning as they prepare for the cold winds of winter so have more and more gold and reds to see. Makes me very grateful to have the physical ability to 'see' this beauty. So many things that are easy to take for granted so each day is a new opportunity to enjoy and appreciate the gifts we have been given. Hope you all have a great day for sure!!!!

Cool and cloudy here in Washington this morning but had a shower for a while last night and then a double rainbow. For those not aware, if you look at a double rainbow....the colors are reversed on the second one...interesting how that is but Earth Mother always has a treat for us if we take time to look. Hope you all have a great weekend....mine will be busy getting things ready for a short distance move over the next week or so.

So quiet this Morning, the ocean mist moved in early today and settled quickly around me so even the trees were hidden from view...Not really cold outside just damp.. they say it will be in the upper 60's today with sun and a few clouds,, which is fine with me as it prolongs the growing of the peppers and tomatoes... and this year I have had plenty to share with those around me....such a blessing for sure... Have a wonderful day and embrace all who enter your life for they are in reality your brethern,,

Good Morning to Everyone... it;s in the 50's right now but they say it will warm up to 70 today, so nay get more peppers and tomatoes from my plants..... HOPEFULLY those of you dealing with unbearable heat will soon find some relief ..
