Love and Conflict

Conflict is like a war going on inside our head. When we step out of it, it becomes clear that conflict only lives for conflict’s sake. It matters not who wins or who loses, what is right or what is wrong.

Loving ourselves (the ”I’m OK, you’re OK" feeling) enables us to step out of conflict. It is a love that makes for passion and life, kindness and cooperation. There is another . . .

It’s just love we breathe in. Not of self, not of God, not of nature, not of Earth, not of anything. It comes from all quarters. In the presence of this love all conflict dissolves.

Conflict is then seen as no more than an energy of a certain frequency, where being whole and one in all that we do is paramount. How do we call this kind of love to ourselves? We ask as I do now.
