Such a Wonderful  Artist & Provider

If only I  could capture  every day of my life

As God painted it

As a child running free in the corn fields

Or the changing of colors as food ripened on trees.

bushes and plants

The growth from seeds or bulbs and

Blossoms becoming  fruits for the table

From the beginning to the end

The season of harvesting

The season to ready the grounds for  rest

Leaves turning brillant colors

before they fall  and the trees rest

Just waiting for another season to begin

If only I could capture  the years  from a inquisitive child

Questioning  the why's of everything

Why  carrots and turnips  or potato's were hidden

When apples and berries  were visible

Knowing from  the  first time  exploring

To today as a old woman

Not one day was the pictures  God painted

that I  witnessed ever the same

Am still in awe of the wonderous beauty

Of it all

While  the bounty for the table  was plentiful.

Always thankful  for  our blessings
