No Sunshine Can I See

No Sunshine can I see

No warmth felt

When i walk outside my door

Seasons changing

What we see around, above and below us

Until  i look inside of me

I see all that is important

The Love of Family

Makes me Smile

The caring and compassion

Of Family and Friends

Delivers a warmth to my soul

As I watched Spring bring new Life

Summer brought  what was need for Growth

Fall bringing Maturity to much and many

As we await Mother Earths resting

and replenishment

Before it's time to start another cycle of Life

We will see  days cloudy, cold and wet

As our seasons continue on

Yet if we look inside ourselves

We will smile at all that has  blessed our lives

That smile will be someting we can share

Placing sunshine in anothers life

Creating a Smile on their faces

Putting hope in their hearts

As we silently remember 

the importance of our

Family and Friends in our lives

We shall also  feel the warmth  of their  caring

There maybe no sunshine that we see

No warmth  once outside our safe havens

Unless we look inside of ourselves

Realizing how blessed we are

Realizing no matter where we are

Or what we face

We have many in our Hearts

Who make us smile

and  keep us warm inside because of their

Love and Frienships
